My daughter has come back of spending the weekend with her dad. She is only 3 years old. She is petite.

She just told me she went to visit an animal farm with daddy and they went on his motorbike. She is only 3! How can be so irresponsible?! She could have an accident!! I'm furious but as she is only 3 and I don't have evidence of this happening how do I report him and to who?

Thank you.

I’d be sure it actually happened, kids have very fertile minds !

I've seen 8 year olds or so on the back of bikes but I doubt you can even buy a helmet small enough which is a legal requirement. I ride pillion but would not allow a small child

There's no age limit on riding pillion on a motorbike, so I'm not sure what you'd be reporting him for assuming the bike was set up for it and she had a helmet.

Pretty sure the passenger needs to be able to reach the foot pegs to be legal . That being said I wouldnt take a 3yr old on the back of bike.

You Probably want to speak to the dad and find out what really happend

Is she sure the two things happened at the same time? Could they have gone to the farm and separately had a go on the motorbike say around the garden or in a field. I rode on my dads motorbike from being tiny sitting on the fuel tank but in private fields and very slowly.

DH won't even take our 10yo as he doesn't fully trust her enough yet

The only way I can see it working is if it was two adults with her sandwiched between, but I don't think that's legal in UK!
