What came after? If you have 3 kids that is! All the families I know who had girl then boy, had another boy after! So I’m putting my theory to the test!

Family history will show I have girl boy girl. But in fact I have had girl girl boy boy girl.

My mum had boy, boy, girl.

In my generation everyone I know who has 3 kids either has 3 boys or 2 girls and a boy. I know nobody with 3 girls or 2 boys and a girl.

And two of them have GBG. The rest are GGB.

I remember there was a study saying once you have 2 the same sex you are more likely than 50:50 to carry one having the same sex. So it isn't always like flipping a coin.

I know several larger families that either have all girls or 5+ girls and only one boy.

My parents gave girl (me) boy boy

I have to say I always felt very excluded from their little “pair” dynamic, but that might have have been our family.

Equal gaps between us all.
