What is this on my finger?

Literally just on my finger and nowhere else. Looks like eczema or could it be psoriasis? Posting here for traffic as I feel too ridiculous to ask my GP.

Its a circle so I think you need to show a pharmacist. It might be a worm or a tick bite or something.

Gosh I hadn’t thought of ringworm! It’s not so much a circle as a patch with the skin altered if that makes sense will add another picture.

Thanks I will ask the pharmacist I hadn’t thought of that. I have been doing quite a lot of gardening yes.
