Quick rant I've been with my partner for 6 years he has various mental health issues, social, emotional PBD, anxiety and so on, his mother opened a pip claim for him years before I met him for these reasons, she has always been the appointee for him and handled the claim, as I've been with my partner and as he's lived with me for the past 5 years with out children I have input in it also. A few months back we applied for the mobility component as now he's an anxious adult with children he needs his own transportation. I call in for an update yesterday as we are yet to hear anything to hear his own mother has been lying to him for 2 years he was already already entitled to mobility all this time and she's been keeping £300 a month from him for herself for 2 years! I'm discussted this woman is supposed to be an advocate for my partner and to support him, yet she's been taking from him all this time, my partner is confused and of course it's his mum and he doesn't know what to say on the matter. How can this ever be forgiven.
