I think I became a bit too accustomed to bank holidays over the last couple of week!
Used a lot of social batteries today so my head feels like cotton wool - met new people and worked a 10 hour day, probably will each day this week and it’s a particularly busy and stressful week probably due to the bank holidays. A close relative is sick in hospital, issue with our car, and lost a pregnancy a few months ago which occupies most of the small bit of free headspace I have. I am also quite anxious at the moment but all of the above is probably why. I don’t know how to become more resilient to life’s challenges. I’ve got home from work and crashed on the sofa.
How do you motivate yourselves to have energy in the evenings? I’d love to have the motivation to go for a walk or meet a friend but there’s too much to do around the house & need to decompress.
