Has anyone ever purchased concert tickets (or any type of tickets). from a company called Hey Alex. Only recently heard of it but a little nervous to use as I've never heard of them before and not sure if legit. Anyone able to share their experiences, good or bad?

¡Horrible App and and service! I paid 518€ to try to get my Beyoncé's ticket last 8 June in Barcelona 2023. Changing allí the time the rules.

First 3 days begore I Will gety money back. Later ONLY 5 hours before start the event!! Incredible!!
Was stressed! 2 hours before the event starts, got my money back.
Hopefully I finally got my tickets somewhere else EVEN CHEAPER!!

Primero me devolvían todo 3 días antes de que empezara el concierto.
Posteriormente, me dicen que SOLO 5 horas antes!! ¡¡Terrible atención!!. Nadie te contestaba. No había teléfono para contactarles. Sólo mails fantasmas. Contestaban a las semanas.

2 horas antes de que comience el evento, me devolvieron el dinero.
Finalmente conseguí mis entradas en una página oficial, incluso MÁS BARATO!

No entendí nada. Quizá usan el dinero retenido como inversión. No lo recomiendo para nada!
