Pharmacy Question re: MedPoint collection kiosk.

Posting for traffic.
I collect my repeat prescription supplies from an automated 24/7 kiosk outside my local Pharmacy.
System has worked really well for me - up to today!
Just been to collect and the screen appears frozen.
Pressing random buttons doesn't waken it up.
Any tricks of the trade that may help?
I should add, I won't die or become seriously unwell if I don't get these meds today but it would be useful.

Our pharmacy has just installed one. I think it’s brilliant but it did cross my mind what would happen if it went haywire or gave the wrong meds out.

I just googled to see if there was anything that covered this on the company site, sadly not. I guess they don’t want to admit this could be a frequent issue!

It has been really brilliant up until today.
Parking at the Surgery and Pharmacy (next door) is dire so being able to go when everything else is closed has been useful.
I've never had the wrong meds dispensed @ThereIsAnEchoInHere - but then I've never had the machine on strike until today either.
I was hoping for someone to come along and say - if you press the 2 and the 6 together it will re-set it - or some such.

When you went to collect were the pharmacy able to offer any advice in case it happens again?
