Hi, I just thought I'd check with anyone who maybe listening. Years ago my ex worked on site and got enough fencing to do all of our garden and more fencing for our neighbour to do all the bottom of his and up the other side of his garden. A few months ago the fence starting tipping over towards my side, the neighbour had built raised beds and filled them with soil and planted some kind of bush. The posts have all rotted, I presume from being in the soil and thr fence is just about to go. I've asked the neighbour what he was going to do about it and he said he will come over to my side and put 3 new posts which are already in my garden in. I have said I don't want the posts on my side, we had the crappiest garden anyway and if he does that it's going to look really shitty. I think it's his responsibilty as it's his shrubs tipping my fence over. He admitted himself when I first raised the sunject that he shouldn't have piled all the soil up. He got very arsey when I asked him yesterday if he could sort it out as I don't fancy all that soil tipping into my garden which is about to happen. I get the impression now my hubby has gone he thinks he can tell me what is going to happen. He said he agreed with my husband that he would have the posts on his side as my husband had got all of the fencing and never asked for any money. He said he's not taking his bushes out end of. Any idea what I can do? Thanks in advance
