Aibu to ask what this bug is that I found in my kitchen?

Its freaking me out that it could be a cockroach although I'm not sure it really looks like one?

Cockroaches are big mother fuckers. You'd know. I came across many in Thailand. They're fast and smart at hiding. This is not a roach, chill out.

Doesn't look like a cockroach as far as I can tell.
