To be a little worried that they didn't give a s**t????????

I was at SIL house the other day, there six kids there altogther, age 6-8yrs, they were on the computer looking at various stuff - not a problem. Next thing we know the youngest, my dn 6yrs, screams, I get up to look at wahat they are looking at and find them watching 'Bloody Mary' horror film on YouTube
I closed the window down and told them to do something else in their room which none of them wanted to do cos they were too scared to bee alone
Now, I told SIL and other mums and they didn't seem to give a shit.

1. AIBU to think that they should give a shit?
2. AIBU that YouTube show such things without you being logged in. I thought stuff like that you had to have a log in??
