So says Rylan Clark

He claims some people in the industry aren’t nice and polite, like they portray themselves to be and behind the scenes they treat people badly…that people are starting to see through it now and all will be revealed…

This dragging on is making itv look awful.

I don’t like either of them and the absolute farce of his ‘coming out’

know someone who had a broom cupboard encounter on the 90’s—

Biggestpizzaiveeverseenjesus · 14/05/2023 20:35

This is nuts! Imagine it between them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I guess the DM have published now that the tide has turned on PS and they know for him to publicly acknowledge the story will bring the whole house of cards down.

Sunscummailfail · 14/05/2023 22:47

Tomorrow’s Daily Express front page: “This Morning’s Phillip hopes to ‘tough out’ rift with Holly.”

Tomorrow’s Sun headline: “Furious Phil Calls In Lawyer.”

I am will be watching at 10am with the popcorn.

Biggestpizzaiveeverseenjesus · 14/05/2023 22:56

@Sunscummailfail Are they the real headlines?
Wonder what on earth has happened over this weekend…

It really is only going to end one way and everyone knows it so why are they trying to wheel him out for another week like everyone will forget? I think it must be literally impossible to get him to go and that’s the only reason he’s still going to be there tomorrow. That extremely odd statement randomly mentioning Martin frizell when it was about Holly says it all, he was publicly threatening both of them so they couldn’t force him out

Restinggoddess · 14/05/2023 23:11

They were the but if the joke twice at the BAFTAS this evening - it’s only a matter of time

Or the legend Sarah Greene , she was brilliant, Dermot is too bouncy for me to take seriously and Alison is too loud, lovely but loud
I can't believe ITV are just ignoring this

Yep
Sarah Greene would be great

Real headlines.

Poor John Leslie lost his whole career for a lot less. The only reason PS got the job. I can't understand why he is still there!

CherryCokeFanatic · 15/05/2023 01:13

Ed Balls

User1685409 · 15/05/2023 06:10

I wonder if there will be a statement like the strange one that was after the queueing business or will it go unmentioned.

Ooh, didnt watch the BAFTAS - anyone care to enlighten me on the joke please ?

Arxx · 15/05/2023 08:23

@Onefootinthegroove joe lycett won an award but wasn’t there to receive it, someone read his speech out for him and it said he wasn’t able to be there because his PR team says he has shingles 😂

Onefootinthegroove · 15/05/2023 08:32

@Arxx thanks 😂

What? What has happened? This thread us so annoyingly ambiguous.

Restinggoddess · 15/05/2023 08:54

Rob Beckett also had a go and was talking about The Crown
He mentioned H and P got to see it before everyone else - the joke was enjoyed by the audience which is a sign that change is afoot or expected

Picoloangel · 15/05/2023 10:02

They’ve started with a pianist….
Caught the bit in Lorraine when they went over to TM and it was all very awkward!

It’s app faux bonhomie and “we’re the best of friends…”

wonder whether they both know he’s going and HW has been told to make the best of it whilst we slip seamlessly towards his stepping back to make room for exciting opportunities…

This is so true.

Quitelikeit · 15/05/2023 10:03

Actually they’re looking a lot more comfortable together than they were last week.

He does keep talking over her though - same last week although I think it’s down to nerves

BriarHare · 15/05/2023 10:09

Bet the haters are furious this morning and seem perfectly fine. They are carrying on exactly as normal, although I bet the DM will have a body language ‘expert’ saying there’s signs of froideur.

BriarHare · 15/05/2023 10:10

I meant ‘as they seem perfectly fine’…

MayThe4th · 15/05/2023 10:13

This is hillarious. People were so keen to believe the daily mail speculation about a rift, so keen to tune in for the imagined stress and atmosphere between them, and it seems it was all bollocks.

The advertisers on the DM and ITV must be rubbing their hands together though.

BriarHare · 15/05/2023 10:15

Exactly. I’m really pleased they’re not adding any fuel to all the hysteria. Carrying on and being ‘business as usual’ is a triumph. Bet the tabloids are seething.
