So says Rylan Clark

He claims some people in the industry aren’t nice and polite, like they portray themselves to be and behind the scenes they treat people badly…that people are starting to see through it now and all will be revealed…

Bet ITV will only drop Phil and/or Holly if advertisers threaten to stop placing ads on the channel.
Money talks.

BriarHare · 14/05/2023 14:58

I can’t bear Ruth. She’s so prissy. Like the boring prefect that stopped all the fun.

mainsfed · 10/05/2023 22:57

I can’t stand Philip and Holly but Rylan is also a Z list nobody.

He really isn't. Not these days

Picoloangel · 14/05/2023 15:09

I never watch it but I’m tempted to tune in tomorrow 🍿🍿🍿

WildFlowerBees · 14/05/2023 15:14

I'm guessing it's a put on a brave face and pretend all is well and in a few weeks PS will sit on the sofa and announce 'after many wonderful years' he's decided to leave blah blah blah how TM has been a family and he will miss them all so very much etc etc and HW will sit beside him painting on that simple smile nodding along.

Or even better they both announce they're leaving. I wish that tomorrow no one turned on to watch them and their ratings continue to plummet.

I think they'll get records viewing figures tomorrow.

Wasntmeanttobelikethis · 14/05/2023 15:29

I’ll be watching; love a bit of awkward TV.
I think that something is definitely brewing and that a show of unity will be very short lived

LadyEloise1 · 14/05/2023 15:51

I'll record it to watch later. I've never watched it in my life.

Iamtheonwandlonely · 14/05/2023 16:02

I could never stand PS.
Even all the way back to Gordon( yes I'm that old)
He always came across as mean but with zero personality.

Holly is just as bad,2 faced and distancing herself now but it's too late.
Damage is done.

WildFlowerBees · 14/05/2023 16:10

He'll either announce he's leaving or they'll go on tomorrow and act as if nothing has happened. I think it'll be the latter they like to ignore the elephant in the room at ITV. Anyone tuning in I feel will be disappointed

Bluemuf · 14/05/2023 16:19

CostaDelPatio · 10/05/2023 21:04

But Rylan isn’t very nice himself, very two faced!

I've never heard that about him. He came to see his very young DN's Christmas concert at the school where I worked and was absolutely lovely to everyone. There weren't even any cameras there.

Arxx · 14/05/2023 16:51

I just can’t comprehend how he can go back in there tomorrow and act like nothing has happened, have itv definitely confirmed they’re on?

CherryCokeFanatic · 14/05/2023 16:56

Well what exactly has happened? He put out a statement, she got papped in London and said some stuff about his brothers case? and then itv said they’re still on tomorrow?

LizzieSiddal · 14/05/2023 16:59

@CherryCokeFanatic plus the DM are hinting at the runner story, if the details of that are made public PM will be toast. But he must have something on everyone at ITV as they aren’t getting rid of him despite knowing about the runner!

CherryCokeFanatic · 14/05/2023 17:01

Is that the lad he was shagging before he came out? Everyone knows about it already. What’s not public about it?

thebellagio · 14/05/2023 17:13

@CherryCokeFanatic the press never reported on the runner because the risk of being sued. It was only mentioned on social media and each time it was, threads were swiftly removed. the fact that the media are now openly insinuating without outright saying he did naughty things is a huge step

A bit like the Ryan giggs injunction where the press knew but hadn’t reported it.

I suspect if the pandemic hadn’t happened it would have come out three years ago

Picoloangel · 14/05/2023 17:16

@CherryCokeFanatic some posters have said that there is a super injunction relating to the details of the relationship with the runner. So, as is often the case with super injunctions, everyone knows about it (courtesy of the internet) but technically it can’t be divulged and so we don’t know the nitty gritty.

Rylan is an absolute star. Perhaps a B lister rather than A lister like a hollywood but he's a household name and deserves good things.

There's a lot of insinuation and reading between the lines in today's DM article. I'm guessing they think the injunction may be lifted shortly to go as far as they have.

When I looked earlier, not one comment had passed moderation. It's quite telling which articles stop unmoderated comments.

Picoloangel · 14/05/2023 18:08

My take in the DM article about the runner is that they are letting Ps know they know. Maybe a threat?!

PS must know they know or he wouldn't need a super injunction.

MayThe4th · 14/05/2023 18:21

Nothing has actually happened here though has it?

The press are speculating, posters are speculating,PS has come out and made a statement, but there’s no actual proof of anything having gone on between him and HW.

The DM could very well land in hot water over this. And let’s be honest, the DM are no strangers to being sued. They’re constantly being sued in fact and losing, we just don’t hear about it because they publish their retraction on page x where nobody actually sees it.

Unless the authorities get involved, this is nothing more than speculation.

I don’t care either way and tbh I don’t know why anyone does.

But the likelihood is that this will all blow over and nothing will ever come of it.

Despite what people on MN seem to think, this really is a bit of a non story.

Lemonfizzy · 11/05/2023 07:46

Ant and Dec. Not very nice people at all IRL.

Have heard different from people who have met them a few times in Newcastle. Both apparently very personable and engaging, with time to spare for fans even when met 'outside of work' engagements,

Picoloangel · 14/05/2023 18:30

@Bluemuf yes, obviously he knows they know but I suspect it is them saying they’ll publish. I had a friend who used to work in that world and newspapers put stories in that may seemingly innocuous but are designed to let the celebrity know something.

Arxx · 14/05/2023 20:03

This morning have randomly tweeted saying Holly and Phil are on tomorrow with a line up of what’s on as if they usually do that 🙈 The replies are brilliant!
