The sooner he’s off the tv the better. It made me sick, all the praise he got when he came out. He had been unfaithful to his wife, the fact it was a same sex relationship was irrelevant. Had he appeared on TM admitting infidelity, the nation would be up in arms, I didn’t think he was brave, I thought he was duplicitous.
To then hear that he was aware of his brothers paedophillia, and stayed quiet about it, sickens me. His fake statement after the conviction that he no longer had a brother was an exercise in arse covering.
The man is panicking, releasing his statement proves that. It appears that “his rock” was taken by surprise. I can’t see a way back for him now, unless he knows where the bodies are kept, and is prepared to use blackmail, which wouldn’t surprise me. He is a desperate man.
As others have said, Holly won’t escape unscathed from this, but she has friends (her husband) in high places, who will probably rescue her again. Personally I wouldn’t miss either of them.
