Bleach bottles with easy to open caps?

My mum is disabled and can't open the safety caps on bleach. Is there a brand which has easier to open caps? No children in the house to worry about safety wise. Thank you.

For the safety reasons you've given I don't think there are. Decant bleach into an empty washing up liquid bottle for her?
