To get upset because it's my birthday?

I'm 32 tomorrow and I don't like birthdays

I don't know why but every year I feel emotional on my birthday, I start thinking about my year and no matter what I've done, it's not good enough.

I also get upset when not many people say happy birthday on social media. This year I've actually turned off the fb notification for my birthday so none of my "friends" are notified that it's my birthday

I'm away on holiday and we have something really fun planned but I just almost dread being sad tomorrow

Am I the only one who gets like this?

I don’t feel like this and I don’t really focus heavily on social media likes. I think at 32 it’s good you’ve moved on from this.

I hope you can try to move past it and have a happy birthday.

No, I hate birthdays. I always feel like I should have planned something with my friends but then the idea of asking my friends to celebrate anything on my behalf wjth me as the reason is horrifying to me.
