Do any of you take it and if so, have you noticed a difference? Do you take tablets or powder? How many tablets does one have to take daily for weigh loss and how long does it take to notice results?

Answering in the absence of anyone else at the moment.... I was suprised to see that spirulina can help with weight loss, but indeed Google tells me it does. I have never tried it for that, but remember that many years ago a herbalist recomended it to me. I took it for a while, but I don't remember having startling results, or I may just have expected it to work miracles without me a actually having to do anything else!

But what miracle were you expecting?

It didn’t know it was a weight loss aid. It’s good for adding protein to my smoothies.

Sorry to burst your bubble and point out the obvious but a calorie deficit is the only thing that will cause weight loss.

I take it. I’m peri menopause and it is a life saver. Energy levels back. You are meant to take 20gms a day. I take powder form and it’s vile but you can add to smoothies or orange juice. I’m dieting too so and have been for a while so can’t comment on the weight loss. I am not taking it for that reason.

I am already doing calorie deficit but I am menopausal and need all the help I can get. If it tastes vile I don't think I'll keep up with it so I think I might try the tablets. If they help with energy levels, that will be a real bonus!!
