Hope to be told I’m being unreasonable, but you never know.

Saw online (not sure how true) to be careful of loo roll in public bathrooms as there’s a risk someone might use a loo roll to wipe a needle. Unravelled some loo roll just now in our house bought from one of the main supermarkets and see this on it. Like an orange stain with a red blob in the middle. What else could it be? The packaging it comes in isn’t orange so can’t be that. Only on this one sheet that I can see but worried now that someone in my family has used it and not noticed.
