Dh sat on backside last nigh on his new lap top all evening.
He has left the washing up piled there for me to get up to.
Shall I leave it or is thet petty?

Ha ha.Git isnt he.We had our kitchen done a week ago and I was really embarrassed about every one of our drawers being a junk drawer.I have tidied them out so many times but you know how it is.They are all now immaculate and now I keep going in them and finding crap in them. Its really doing my head in.Do I need to get a life??

Go to supermarket, buy 50-pack bag of dustbin sacks.

Go round house, empty all superfluous possessions into said dustbin sacks.

Take sacks to dump.

If you don't want crap in your drawers, don't have crap in your house .

Gettign up to a sink full of washing up is my idea of sheer hell. I'd want to leave it for him to come home to, but I just couldn't, I would have to wash it all up and put it away.

Get a dishwasher and make him "the expert" at loading it

Chuck crap ruthlessly, dont just put it somewhere else when you find it. If you have a place for everything, you should actually be crapless......

mum2oliver · 18/02/2008 08:52

Im going to find it hard to leave but my god its staying there.

Are you going to be at home all day? If I was at home and dh was at work and last night's washing up was in the sink I would wash it up, regardless of who was meant to do it last night.

WaynettaSlob · 18/02/2008 09:43

Well it depends.....on principle I'd say leave it, but I know in reality that every time I looked at the sink I would get totally wound up and spend the entire day fuming. and if your DH is anything like mine he'll come home and do it without fuss, but you'll still be tense, and he wouldn't be capable of understanding why it has upset you!!

Wisteria · 18/02/2008 09:48

agree with ibelieveindreaming - it's not worth it.

Just do it and explain when he gets in that it made you cross.

mum2oliver · 18/02/2008 10:06

Yeah sounds abit better i suppose.May do it this afternoon,as going out now.Cheers everyone.
