Seafancy - anyone had a refund?

Hi all, I bought some swimsuits from the Seafancy website. I’ve tried to send them back and there is no customer service at all.

They literally just ignore any messages.

I’ve since checked trustpilot…

Has anyone uses this website and actually managed to get a refund? If yes, what’s your secret?

YABU - I’ve had a refund
YANBU - I’ve also not had a refund

I shall use Amazon in future as you can buy a similar suit by Speedo.

They refuse to give a returns address and after several tries I opted for their offer of 50% discount back and keep the Swimsuit. Some hopes, no sign of the discount. Made in China although they say distribution from the US. Do not deal with this firm.

Argh, I'm now in this same state of limbo with Seafancy, occasional messages days apart, they're offering me a gift card now. It's a shame, the items are really nice, they just don't fit.
