What punishment is trump looking at if he is found guilty of sexual assault in the current case?

It's a civil case isn't it? So he's being sued. If he loses, he'll presumably have to pay some damages to the victim.

It's a civil case so only damages.

However, I was amused (in a horrified way) at the footage of him mistaking Jean Carroll who is the victim with his ex wife Marla Maples in a photograph. But saying about the victim 'she's not my type'.

I hope he is held to account. Brave woman.
