Hi all
I am working in quite a good job at 8c level in the nhs. It's a mix of clinical work and leadership.
I'm in a good relationship with a guy who will pull his weight but I'm mega worried about whether working at this level is actually possible with a young baby/toddler when I return to work (likely at 9 months). I don't have any models for what this would look like. Everyone else at my sort of grade has older or grown up kids
Please help! Has anyone else done it?
