Keep having vivid nightmares

3 nights in a row.

The first one was just awful, I dreamt my DD died.

Second one was also horrible.. people were prepping me to be cremated, but I was still alive and eventually told them I didn't want to die. But my dad was cremated.

Third night I dreamt of lots of snakes attacking me. They were everywhere!

What is happening ??

Does anyone else sometimes have this ?

Worried to go to sleep.

Are you taking any supplements? I was reading earlier how vitamin B can give you vivid dreams.

I'm not taking anything at all at the moment. I should take my supplements really, but haven't for a few months now.

Eating cheese before you go to bed? Menopausal? Perimenopause? All these gave me nightmares.

No I haven't been eating cheese. Maybe the perimenopause ? I'll look it up. I'm 37.

Are you worrying about anything? Work? Your relationship? Your children?

Pregnant? I had some very vivid dreams

There are many dream groups where people will help you understand the meanings. Nightmares are just dreams that your subconscious make scary so yin will remember the message.
so if you keep having nightmares there is something you need to fix in your life.
