Angiogram

Traffic posting.

DH had a mild heart attack last Thursday. Admitted to hospital was told he needed an angiogram. Was passed over Thursday and Friday. Not allowed to go home and once again passed over again today.

Are there any medical people on here as to why he keeps getting passed over? I know it's priority - but whats the priority? The two done today only came in yesterday and they are now on their way home.

DH is 44 and has been absolutely fine since it happened Thursday. He feels as if he is taking up an extremely valuable bed and mentally he is rock bottom. Just had him on the phone sobbing.

No one can tell you why, you need to ask the staff. But I imagine it's because they're more unwell than he is. Sorry he's having to wait though, that doesn't sound fun.

He keeps asking but he just gets told "hopefully" "you are on the list" "perhaps this afternoon" no one is actually giving him an answer and he doesn't want to keep pestering them as he can see they are stretched.

Feel so helpless.
