To wonder if this is normal!

Severe cracking joints!

In about the past year, my joints have steadily been getting 'clickier'. Now I sound like a one man clicking band whenever I walk or move and I'm starting to worry this isn't right!

I cannot walk anywhere without my knees, ankles, toes and even hips cracking sometimes (I don't force this). And it's now started happening on my shoulder and even more bizarrely my chest! If I turn my body the front of my chest will make a loud cracking noise that even makes DH wince (and he isn't typically easily phased!). I also feel like there is a build up of pressure until it happens too.

Everyone comments on how noisy I am!

Is this normal? It's a running joke in the family but I'm starting to wonder now if I need to speak to someone the worse it's getting!

For context I am only in my 20s!

My right knee clicks when I go up and down the stairs, my left ankle clicks when I pivot on it, my left shoulder kind of clicks in and out when I turn my arm over like I’m bowling a cricket ball, but it’s always done that, and various other joints click at random times. I’m just putting it down to aging, apart from the shoulder which has always been weird.

That doesn't really sound normal, not in your 20's. Especially if it's loud enough for others to hear it. I would speak to a gp just in case there is a problem.
