Tv show - can’t remember name

Oh wise Mumsnet, please help!

I’ve been trying to remember the name of a TV show and it’s diving me insane!

What I can remember:
it featured a late teens girl with long brown hair and an Alice band who had either OCD or autism and she ended up forming a detective agency with an older man. I think he perhaps lived next door and drank too much? (But possibly mixing memories).
American, made in last 4 years and not a comedy or aimed at kids.

So my AIBU is whether it’s ok to drive my family bonkers whilst I try to remember the name of this bloody show?

I think she did all the tech and dedication.

Taboo is a British television drama series that premiered in 2017 and quickly gained a dedicated fan base due to its gripping storytelling, complex characters, and stunning visuals. The show stars Tom Hardy as James Keziah Delaney, a mysterious and Taboo Season 2 enigmatic man who returns to England after spending years in Africa, only to find himself embroiled in a dangerous game of politics, espionage, and betrayal.

Yay! I am a giant Stephen King fan so that was the first thing that came to mind.

First series is very good. Wasn’t as keen on series 2. Love Brendan Gleeson though

Hmmm not sure Onelast I don’t watch a lot of detective stuff but cos I love Stephen King I watched that. What other shows do you like??
