Car seat advice

Hi all,
Posting in AIBU because I know more people will see this. Need a new car seat for 1 year old. Price not an issue but want longevity and safety to be priority. Any one able to recommend? It's a minefield online and we realised today that current one (group 0) is now way too small so urgently need to get a new one!

What car do you have, OP? I can't see that's been mentioned?

We've been very happy with our Britax seats, so provided they are compatible with your car, my vote would be the Britax Dualfix M Plus or the Britax Max Way Plus.

I do think that for a toddler who still naps in the car, adjustable recline is very helpful. My DD is 2 and we recline the seat when she falls asleep.

Hi everyone,thanks so much for all the advice and pointers. Super helpful and really appreciated. We got the Britax Dualfix M Plus and so far so good. Recommended by @BertieBotts and love it! Will keep her rear facing for a while and has the added bonus of extra leg room due to a foot plate (sorry for the poor terminology!) that others like the 360 didn't have so will prolong the use even further. Would definitely recommend it too having been and test drove nearly all car seats on the market at the weekend!

Yes I think it's well designed. Glad that you like it! Hopefully it lasts as long as you need as well :)
