Go and post in another topic and stop getting your knickers in a twist about some trivial thing like someone looking at you a bit funny one day or somesuch (did I already say trivial) triviality.

Grabs the iced gems.

Thing is the people that start the threads are always inviting the answer NO. They think they are extremely reasonable. The very model of reasonableness. That's what drives ME mad. I'd like a little more unreasonable behaviour.

I for one am completely bored with the whole notion of 'AIBU?'. It in lots of cases it seems people have had something happen to them that very day, and the first thing they have done while their blood is still boiling is bang out an AIBU post.

Everyone reading can then dissect and discuss in perfect calm how she/he has over reacted or whatever.

I do think people should take a breath before posting in this section!

urgh at chocolate pretzel. I don't know what pretzels did to deserve being coated in chocolate. You need nice little kernels of salt to nibble on pretzels and nowt else.

The topic is either for people who write OPs such as:

"So, the other day, I went to see my SIL and she said I was a disgusting excuse for a mother and should have my DC taken away from me because I'd been playing Bros in the car. AIBU to think that I should be able to play whatever trite late 20th C pop I want and not have my taste questioned by somebody who wears American tan tights with open-toe sandals in the winter and doesn't even have children, only a Weimaraner?"

or people who write OPs such as:

"AIBU to expect my ILs to drive the length of the country to attend my DC's nativity play when he has a wooden head and she has terminal gravy? Just because I gave them apple pie beds and short shrift the last time they came to see us! "

BTW everyone, do you like my new name? I was Greyskythinker before, but I was a complete threadkiller - every time I posted, the thread died! I am hoping with my more positive name, people will reply to me.
