Colonoscopy at 8:00 am

Colonoscopy booked for 8:00 am in tomorrow. Taken picolax at 2:00 pm and moviprep at 6:00 pm. Feeling exhausted and stilL running to
the loo frequently but passing just clear yellow water. I need to leave at 7:00 am but next moviprep at 6:00 am. Anyone think I should get up
4 am instead to next dose? Im worried I will still running to
thr loo if I take at 6.

When dh had his, the meds had no affect on him until 2am! He was good to go and all cleared out by the morning.

Did someone who knew your appointment was at 8am tell you to take the next dose at 6am or was that just following the leaflet instructions for a 'morning appointment'? I took a slightly different medication but it advised to leave 3 hours between the second dose and the appointment. For one thing it takes half an hour to drink it all!

I am.perplexed you have been given a mixture of picolax and movie moviprep. I had two doses of picolax with the bland, white diet from the day before. I took two doses 12 hours apart with a five hour break before I had to leave the house. I drove myself to the hospital and wore some incontinence pants just in case. DH collected me and I went back for my car the following day.

Tbh if there’s nothing coming out by now I wouldn’t take anymore moviprep because your bowels will still be trying to poo at 8am x
