Help me identify this song

Overheard in a bar yesterday but could only just about make out the lyrics, something like:

"give me your hand
give me your heart...holding on forever"

Male vocalist, slow song, fairly recent, quite atmospheric, think it might have been in a film or on tv.

At first I thought it was Lewis Capaldi, but it isn't.

Any ideas?

No idea but you could call the bar and ask if they use a Spotify playlist, and then see if you can narrow it down that way?

For future if you are ever anywhere and hear something you like, open google and tap the mic symbol at the bottom it then it has a "search for a song" button tap that and it will hopefully match it.

Shazam is great for this and you can then add the song to Spotify playlist.

Or 'Hey Siri - name that tune'

This immediately strikes me as One Vision by Queen. But it could be something else entirely, as One Vision goes, "give me your hand, give me your heart, I'm ready, there's only one direction" etc etc rather than the 'holding on forever' bit...
