Morning sickness weeks after miscarriage

I had a missed miscarriage, I don't know when it happened but a scan 2 weeks ago showed an empty sac.
I have had awful nausea since finding out I was pregnant but had assumed due to the mm I would have felt better by now.
All other symptoms have subsided but I feel sick all day everyday.
Is this normal this long after mm?

I should add there's absolutely no way I could be pregnant again so it's definitely not that.

Can I ask, how many weeks you were at the scan approximately?

Is it possible that they've got it wrong.
