Hanging washing out...

Quick question before I head to work...

I put a wash on delay and it's ready to hang out. It's 1° here and will reach 6° by lunch.

Will my washing dry on the line if i peg it out now or will a) my neighbours think I've gone mad and b)I'll have to bring it in and out the heating on tonight.

Thansk mn 😁

Hang it out.. it always smells so lovely! It should mostly dry.

Depends how windy/damp it is. Looks good here.

I'm hanging mine out. It's sunny with a bit of a breeze so it should dry even though it's cold

Hollyhead · 25/04/2023 07:35

Yeah get it out, it will be fine.

Bumble84 · 25/04/2023 07:36

I’ve got mine out.

AtomicBlondeRose · 25/04/2023 07:38

I always stick mine out first thing. In fact if I know the weather will be fine, I even hang it out before I go to bed although that freaks people on MN out.

Right it's going out. The windscreen is the iced up so I can defrost that while I'm out there 🤣🤣 Thanks everyone.

Our washing line is in a sunny spot so it mostly dries from February to November even if it just needs finishing off inside.
