Strange lump?

Ive recently just got back from Holiday abroad and noticed whilst I was away a red lump appeared on my chest.

any ideas? I’ve added a pic
at first I thought it was the suncream but I’ve not used it for a week now

anyone have any advice?

Always best to get any skin changes/lumps looked at by a GP.

Go to your GP. I did recently, and I was referred urgently to the breast clinic. They checked everything thoroughly there, and luckily it was nothing to worry about. Just a lump. But always best to get yourself checked

just didn’t know if anyone has any ideas really
