...that every time anyone mentions a children's book title someone leaps onto the thread to advertize their online bookshop?

maybe they think they are helping as they may have the title u are looking for?

seeker · 15/02/2008 18:33

Not if I've just said "this is a fab book I've just read!"

bubblerock · 15/02/2008 20:15

Have they advertised on small businesses?

Boco · 15/02/2008 20:19

Oooh, I could sell you a good self help book about being cross Seeker. It's called 'So, You're Feeling Cross about the Free Publicity?' One Woman's Journey through Crossness about online bookshops, by Tray Blunt. I can sell it to you for knock down price of £12.99 + p&p.

bubblerock · 15/02/2008 20:20

oh - I see what you mean, she has got a small business ad but checking posting history it is a bit ott with advertising, no other posts and no children (not that this doesn't mean she can't be here - before I get jumped on!)

seeker · 15/02/2008 20:23

Bet it's cheaper from the other online bookshop.......!
