Abigail Aherne, for those who don't know her, is an interior designer snd basically the Godmother of the "dark aesthetic" (ie. She's the reason people started painting their living rooms black, brown or purple a while back and sticking loads of potted plants everywhere.)
She also has a v successful interiors range (i have one of her lamps!)
I have no idea who the other woman is as I've never watched Motherland.
