Red nose a year on from allergic reaction

Posting for traffic.
I had a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics over a year ago. When I say severe I have been told that I had an abnormal autoimmune response. I developed a rash which got more and more severe over 10 days, tachycardia, pulsating all through my body and extreme itching admitted to hospital on day 10. I have never been the same since but one thing that I have had since this incident is my nose will go bright red 1-2 times per week lasting a few hours. It's the whole of my nose not just the tip and onto my cheeks a little. It's very dark, bright red and clearly shows through make up, no rash just solid redness. It doesn't hurt and I can only tell if I happen to catch myself in the mirror. I thought maybe I was allergic to something I am eating (although a weird symptom and no other redness) but I have kept a food diary and there is no correlation. I don't drink alcohol.

I have never had this before the allergic reaction. Anyone know what this could be? Since the incident I also have incredibly dry eyes and dizziness among other things.

I have seen various GPs, consultants and allergy clinic all have been no help and I can't find anything similar by googling.

Love your user name, I would try and get an appt with dermatology, prob takes months though, or a private appt if possible

Thanks my DP has been on the waiting list for dermatology for two years but I don't think it's really a dermatology issue. Does anyone else have experience of this?
