I think it's because he's had older girlfriends so women think there's actually a real genuine possibility of him being attracted to them.

To me he just looks like he smells of stale sweat.

I think it’s the emotional intelligence more than anything - he’s polite and notices people in an era where most can’t be bothered to do that.

o always assume (hope) it's young posters, but seemingly not after the other thread.

it's not the age difference per se, but the fact he was 'known' when he was still a child, it just feels creepy and I can't see him as a 'man' at all, so can't objectively decide if he's attractive or not.

It goes against everything inside me, due to his age and I never liked his *Type, but he has just something about him

@SorePaw Exactly the same when he was on X factor and in a boy band etc, didn’t even notice him and obviously would have found being attracted to him completely gross. But in the last few years..something changed 😬

I'm not a celeb watcher, but when I've seen him it's as though he sees through the hype of it all and is perceptive without being cynical.

That’s the thing, I’m a bit embarrassed to say 🙈All my other *Crushes are totally reasonable and all older than me

I'm very close in age to him and I can't think of anything appealing about him. I recently found out a crappy song I was hearing everywhere was by him, that inane drivel put me off him even more. 😂

Ahh no, I'll feel bad if it is BUT you'd probably think some of the music I like is awful!
It's As It Was, I only found out because I was flicking through music channels and it came on... and I realised from these few seconds that I hated the music video more than the song. 🙈

I’m put off him because he seems to sometimes wear ‘women’ clothes. Yes I know we can all wear what we like nowadays but he seems to be making a statement. Is he gay and exploring his feminine side, is he a tranvestite? This contradicts the fact that he always seems to have a very attractive high status girlfriend.
Just makes me feel a bit yuck.

My 56yo menopausal friend thinks he’s wonderful and has even got a Harry Styles cardigan, that multicoloured one. As a 58yo post menopausal woman, I just can’t see it? He looks about 16. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And I'm a big fan of the brave fashion choices.
Would I want to be his girlfriend? Nope.
Would I have a one night stand? Absolutely.
My husband feels the same as me about him 😅

I would say he has charisma by the bucketload… he’s absolutely not my “type” at all (still hanging on for the Kurt Cobain lookalike waltzing into my life ;) ) but even I can acknowledge there’s something about Harry that makes him attractive, even if it’s not in a physical way…

I personally don't get the fuss, same with Justin bieber. It's all hype, little substance, he plays up to Mick Jagger clone, who I've never been a fan of. Boy George used to wear women's clothes back in the 80s , it's nothing new, and l think he looked and sang miles better.

I think Harry Styles seems like he is up for connecting with men/women if he thinks it’ll be good craic rather than just a physical attraction to them which appeals to people. He seems fun.
