Quick question - losing my mind

If your doctor changed your appointment ( to find out CT results ) to his nurse instead of him. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
CT scan was done due to a blood test showing tumour markers.
I have been terrified since last Thursday ( had to wait all Easter).
Not my normal doctor as she is away.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a good or bad sign.
I'm taking it as bad as this doctor was hiding behind the door when they handed out compassion and empathy and I can see him asking his nurse to break the bad news.
Any experience?

I think it's a good thing and definitely don't think they're passing the buck!

I'm super shaky. Totally ridiculous.
