to even think about having a little sip of my colleagues coke to see if there is vodka in it?

I've just got a feeling that there is, might be completely unfounded, but she is very very antisocial in the mornings, doesn't say a word to anyone. In the afternoons the coke appears and she is suddenly the life and soul, with an occasional vagueness and wobbliness about her.

I'm just tempted to have a sip whilst she is in the ladies. Not sure what I would say to her if she caught me out though .

Make her walk in a straight line.

You can't really taste vodka can you? Not a vodka drinker really so I'm not sure

Just ask her if she is a morning person or an afternoon one in an oh I can't function until I have had my 3 cups of coffee type of way. Just chit chat, casual. Make a friend of her and then take it from there.

I had a colleague like that. She was always sloshed in the afternoon, it was very obvious. They went as far as to send off a sample of leftover for testing to see what it was, but came back inconclusive (wasn't enough left). The company had a policy of paying for treatment, but they couldn't accuse anyone directly.

However I think it was a bit dodgy what they did. They also had a pick the red ball out of a bag scenario randomly and you had to take a test.

I'd stay clear, but if really concerned, mention it to HR, they may already be aware or could instigate the random testing.
