Mucus plug!

TMI but I've just lost a large chunk of mucus plug at 30 weeks. Should I be alarmed

Hi! Sorry to jump on a thread I’m not sure how to work this, just wondering if anyone knows if this is a mucus plug? I got it about 18 hours after my first sweep but had no other signs of labour.
