Can anyone please help me work out where DD's parcel is?

Sorry posting for traffic!

DD has had a parcel delivered today by Yodel, and they have scrawled something mostly illegible on the delivery slip - we are struggling to work out where her parcel is. Can anyone make it out? (Image attached).

I can work out the last two words are "please collect" - but cannot for the life of me decipher the first two words!

At number 12? It looks like they've crossed the box to say it's with a neighbour. Can't work out the second word though.

I think the second word is maybe 1 pack.

I would say they’ve crossed the left with a neighbour box, number 12, 1 pack, please collect.

1 package has been left at number 12.

Honestly I think it's appalling the way it's been scrawled like that. Thank goodness for Mumsnet!

Could it be at no12 one pack?

They’re trying to be conscientious by writing ‘1 pack’, if they hadn’t done that it would have been easy to understand.

Tbh I didn't even get the cross in the box - I thought that first mark was a letter T!

I had no trouble reading it because I wrote like that in scrawling writing.
