AIBU to think McDonald’s has lost the plot

So I always have the odd McDonald’s with the kids in the holidays, so twice this week I have been in there. Both times they forgot the fries and both times it was cold and tasteless. My chicken sandwich was so thin with barely any mayo.
Now I have been eating fairly clean recently so maybe my taste buds have changed, or has anyone else noticed a decline?

They continuously get orders wrong, I often get a grilled chicken wrap- well I should say I often ask for a grilled chicken wrap. That's not what I get. I get a crispy chicken wrap.

They've missed out chips from orders and 9 times out of 10, the drive thru males you park up and waot for ages for your order. The service has definitely went downhill.

Not a regular thing at all but I’ve been repulsed by the last few experiences of McDonald’s food. Fries particularly. Utterly grim.

I had a cheeseburger last week and it was so salty! I usually like salty food but this was way too much!

Ours are dominated by delivery driver pick ups so we very rarely go these days.

I have 100% noticed this as well & they have that many delivery drivers that you end up waiting much longer than usual.

They seem to get priority.

Can't imagine how cold it must be once it gets delivered.

I ate a big mac in store last week and it was barely warm.

I suspect shrinkflation. I had a large Costa hot chocolate the other day for the first time in ages and, rather than up to the rim of the cup as it used to be, it was the best part of 1cm short. Couldn't be bothered to say anything but will not be going again.

They might be crap, but people still go there in their droves, you cant really blame them, they dont need to try too hard any more.

I haven't noticed the quality or taste of McDonald's going downhill,but they are getting orders wrong or missing things out more and more frequently. Over the last few months,I've had a Big Mac missing from a takeaway order,a cheeseburger missing from an eat-in order,been given one straw for 3 drinks for 3 people in a delivery order,and had a side salad and chips missing on 2 occasions from takeaway orders. And when you complain,they treat you with suspicion,as if you're making it up to get extra!

I am sure that the chicken sandwich meals used to be larger, oval and thicker, the last time I had one it was round and so thin.
