For feeling frustrated over house selling process!

Feeling so frustrated over selling our house and relocating for work! House has been on a month (EAs said they'd sell it in a week...) it's less than a year old so needs nothing doing to it, big south facing garden etc, priced very competitively for the area (didn't realise we'd have to relocate so soon after buying it).
Had 5 couples view it, 1 put an offer in but they've not sold their house yet, the other 4 have all said beautiful house etc etc but wrong location! Why are they viewing it then if it's the wrong location?! Surely they know this before viewing...Google maps is a thing?!
I'm sick of constantly preparing the house for viewings as well as both DH and I working full time, looking after a toddler and being 8 months pregnant for them to turn around and say the problem is location!
Probably the hormones but I'm exhausted nd drained mentally and physically!

Maybe it’s just something to say when they’re asked for feedback? Maybe there were things about the location they didn’t anticipate?

I’m in a similar situation. All the media and comments say that sellers are waiting for prices to fall, but I have asked my agent and he says that it isn’t over priced and that the market is just slow (when he was getting us to sign 5 weeks ago he had buyers practically lined up and it was the busiest it had been for 6 months allegedly). Now next to nothing. More frustrating is when you do get a viewing and you pull out all the stops to make the most of it and you don’t get any feedback! It’s so bloody rude- you can see I’ve gone to the effort to tidy and show the place off and you can’t even be arsed to answer a call from the estate agent after. I’m at my whits end.
sick of estate agent lies and rude viewers.

A lot of people are feeling jittery at the moment. That means fewer people taking the plunge - fewer buyers but also fewer sellers. It must be frustrating, but you only need one buyer, so keep your chin up.

What did you buy it for, what you selling it for?

Unfortunately this is what selling a house is like at the moment. I know it is frustrating but you just need to go through the pain barrier.
