Demotivated

My husband and I work full time and we have dt aged 5. I'm permanently tired. I've had my bloods checked and everything is ok. Anyone else the same?

I find the state of this country difficult to cope with. Things have got worse for our generation. House prices are so expensive. I don't feel social mobility is possible anymore and it's demotivating.

Omg I am in the same boat. GPs saying all bloods are okay. Their response was "u have a busy life". It isnt good enough.

I am keeping an eye on the replies you get. Surely there is some other tests they can do?!?!

Reading your OP it sounds more mental than physical - are you taking good care of both your mental and physical health?

I feel very much like this. Life is just tiring and joyless, and I can’t see it improving any time soon. I am probably depressed but it’s very difficult to pull myself out of because the contributing factors are beyond my control.

Not really taking care of my mental or physical health. I just need a rest but can't afford it. I'm either with the kids or at work.

Sudden lack of motivation can be a perimenopause symptom - could this be a cause?

It could be mental health related - if the GP has run all your blood tests then there’s not really a lot else they can do.
I’d try out a depression questionnaire next
