To ask for the best high protein shake to stop hunger

Hey there! So, I'm currently 1 stone overweight, which may not sound like much, but as a menopausal 5.1" lady, it's a real challenge to shift! I'm doing everything I can to stay on track - including exercise and healthy eating (low carb is my go-to). However, one day a week I have a super busy schedule with back-to-back client sessions and an activity in the evening that doesn't allow food. It's tough to get a decent meal in during that day, and I end up resorting to bad habits. I'm really keen to find a high protein shake that will keep me full throughout the day, and I would love some suggestions for a ready-made option or a powder I can mix up at home. I appreciate any advice you can offer - thanks so much!

Huel is food replacement not protein shake so will also be loaded with carbs.

Matrix anabolic gold is best. It has a high protein content - from memory it's 82/90% something like that and it fills me. I use a smidge of milk tho. It also doesn't have that protein shake taste.

Huel is the most complete, the chocolate one is thick and filling about 400 cals.

If you've got a fridge at work you could also make a protein smoothie the night before. Protein powder, strawberries, 1/2 banana, a lump of frozen spinach and 200ml of almond milk.

I am not vegan but I use the Garden of Life vegan protein meal replacement and I add soya milk or almond milk and some skinny syrup to taste. Sometimes I add extra protein powder. It's low calorie, low carb and high protein and full of superfoods. Expensive but often I can get 3 for 2.
