I don't really drink much anymore. I haven't for the past 4 or 5 years.

I do, but usually no more than a glass or two.

I went to a birthday party last night and had more than usual. I wasn't rolling drunk by any means.

This morning I feel so ropey. I had a pint of water before I went to bed, another in the night because I slept so badly.

I'm knackered, have heartburn, nausea and feeling very shaky.

I used to do this every weekend. Did I always feel like this on a Sunday morning or is just being in my late 40s.

Please send sympathy and toast.

🤣 aw OP, bit of toast, cup of tea and perhaps a catnap if you can swing one and you'll start to feel better

I had this last week! Even on the Monday I still wasn’t feeling 100%. I recommend lots of chocolate, toast and lemon squash.

Not sure if it’s age (I’m 36), I think it might just be that your body isn’t used to it anymore.

I've had two paracetamol and a cup of tea.

I'm moving onto carbs.
