I have started new job this week, it is my dream job but the people (female setting only) here are really unfriendly :(
This job requires team work and I have been left on my own, not being taken in account.
I try to engage as I want to learn but things are not being explained to me.
Some od them just ignore me all days, I have tried making effort , some of them are really lovely but the other part make me want to go home and leave this shit.
Why are some people like this ?
I dont think I have done anything wrong .
This will be very hard for me as I am finding this place a little toxic.People talking about other staff behind their backs etc
