Every month the same day I get hot and then cold. Like boiling hot with a sweaty back and then shivery. I never check temp as we didn’t have a thermometer. Today I checked as we got one and it’s 38. Which is high I know but not massively high. However google says with hormonal hot flushes you don’t have a temp! Seems a coincidence it’s the same time every month and coincides with period. I assume this is just hormonal and I’m not going to be poorly?! Can anyone relate?! No other symptoms btw!
