AIBU… to expect to return items to Debenhams? I placed an order with Debenhams a couple of weeks ago. I did not realise I was dealing with their concessions Long Tall Sally and Jolie Moi. I have no returns labels in either parcel and the Debenhams website is down along their returns portal.. Has anyone had experience of this and how to get my refund. Many thanks for reading this.

Is there a customer service number you can call to ask what you should do? Or customer service webchat?

If you paid Debenhams, your contract is with Debenhams.

Their website, etc are working btw. Just checked.

Your return will be with Debenhams doesn't matter the concession. If their portal is down you might need to contact customer service. What does your email receipt say

Thanks for the replies. I have tried the website and returns portal both to no avail. If I try to email them I have to choose from their list of problems and returns is not there.
Any more suggestions will be welcome

That's not true that returns go back to Debenhams. I placed one order of several items and assumed the same. 2 items to return, one was Victoria's Secret, can't remember the other brand. I had to pay postage to return them direct to 2 different suppliers and one of them wasn't even in the UK. Took ages to refund too. I stopped using them then and use companies with simple returns processed.

Sorry don't know how to tag! They used to go back to Debenhams. Maybe some of them still do depending on the brand I'm not sure. It seems a bit of a shambles now to be honest based on my last experience which has put me off. They don't put returns info in the parcels, I think I had to ring them to get the addresses. It's also a pain when you place one big order and and up receiving 6 or 7 separate parcels for me.

Well thanks to all for your suggestions. I have tried 2 iPads and a laptop to no avail. I cleared all cookies, still no joy. I only received a packing slip from Long Tall Sally, nothing from Jolie Moi. I came across a phone number for LTS and to a very helpful assistant who arranged a Royal Mail collection for tomorrow. Thinking outside the box, I looked for Jolie Moi on the Royal Mail tracking site and printed a pre paid label for their address. Parcel to be collected along with the other. Whether I get a refund remains to be seen.
The one thing I have learned is not to bother with Debenhams in the future.
