Am I feeling silly for feeling guilty over this?

My friend group always does something for birthdays. We are a group of 6. Not everyone can make each time but we try our best.

We all have friends outside the group but no one really does birthday plans with outside friends.

My birthday is next week and only today I've asked for birthday plans. Just with feeling mentally down. But I have a friend outside my friend group who's birthday is 6 days apart from mine and she invited me to go away with her at the weekend.

I'm feeling bad that they will think I planned that for a joint birthday thing but didn't mention anything to them until today for next weekend. Or because these plans came before it.

Am I being silly?

I don't think that anyone should be forced to have plans set in stone like this, even for family. It sounds smothering tbh.
