How long without feeding before I worry?

Dd is one and has been unwell on and off for the past 6 weeks (nursery bugs).

At the moment she has a chest infection and ear infection. She's surprisingly happy and energetic during the day but is completely off her food. Today she's had a few spoonfuls of mashed veg at lunch, a few veggie sticks (crisps) and half a pouch of yoghurt. Up until now I hadn't been too worried about the lack of food because she was still taking roughly half of her usual amount of formula. However today she's refusing that too. She's drinking water and having wet nappies but I'm worried about the lack of food and nutrients she's having.

She's on day 2 of antibiotics for the infections so could that be affecting her appetite? When should I worry about her not eating? Dh has basically eye rolled and said she'll eat when she's hungry. Is he right?

Dh is right. As long as she is drinking

I agree with your DH. You've said she seems fine in herself, is drinking plenty and is eating something. I probably wouldn't worry for a few days unless there was more to it (already underweight, additional health concerns etc)
